Residents planning to dig or drill on their property should first contact the New Jersey One Call System at 811 or call 1-800-272-1000 at least 72 hours in advance.  One Call will notify all utility companies to mark out their lines.  This service protects you from the risk of rupturing underground utility lines.  There is no charge for this service.
