Background Check

 Coaches/Volunteers

Please reach out to the director of the organization for which you would like to volunteer for. They will forward your information to West Deptford township administration for a background check. This needs to be completed before you are able to assist with any West Deptford township sponsored organizations.

An email will be sent to you, in which you enter your information and authorize the background check.  There is no charge for this service.  Once the background check is complete, you will receive an email from West Deptford instructing you to schedule an appointment to get your Volunteer/Coach ID Badge, which will be valid for 2 years.

Employees/Firefighters (including volunteer firefighters)

Please email your first name, last name, and your email address that you wish to use to Mike Kwasizur at mkwasizur@westdeptford.com
