The West Deptford Township Emergency Services Coordinating Council meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building. The council consists of representatives from each fire company, the emergency medical services, and township officials. This council’s responsibility is to make sure that the township’s emergency services operate in an efficient manner; conduct proper training; maintain the highest degree of firefighting and medical response efficiency and proficiency; and conduct activities in accordance with the requirements of state law.
