Housing Inspections

The Housing Inspector is responsible for the enforcement of the housing code of West Deptford Township.

When a residential home or apartment changes occupants an inspection must be performed and a certificate of occupancy must be issued prior to occupancy. This inspection includes smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector requirements.

The cost of inspection is $30. The cost of re-inspection is $30.
